HELLO, I’M RENEE
Less fixing.
More finding.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about people — the things we carry, the ways we connect, and the possibilities we sometimes forget are ours.
Over time, I began to see a pattern. Our capacity isn’t usually the problem. What gets in the way is the noise: the expectations, the urgency, the belief that we must become something more before we can begin.
My work is about making space for a different experience. One where you can listen to yourself, return to presence, and trust what is already here.
WHERE THE IDEA BECAME REAL
It started with small humans.
When I founded The Cove School, I wanted to create a place where children were seen as whole people. A place where curiosity mattered, feelings belonged, and connection came before correction.
What grew was more than a school. It became a living expression of the idea I now call Availence™: remove interference, and the capacity already within us has room to emerge.
Today, Ms. Claudia leads The Cove with that same care and commitment. The children continue to remind us that possibility doesn’t need to be manufactured. It needs to be welcomed.

With Pause makes space for mindful leadership and a more grounded life. Trusting Equus invites us into the honest, wordless connection horses offer. Retreats give us time to step out of our familiar rhythms. And the work with families brings presence into the everyday.
These aren’t separate versions of me. They’re different expressions of the same belief: more is available when we stop standing in our own way.
